Happy Chinese New Year/Lunar New year for those who are celebrating. It is the year of tiger this year. Wish everyone a year of prosperity and happiness.
The 3 big characters says celebrating a festive day, while the 4 small characters are the ‘Heavenly Stems’ and ‘Earthly Branches’ of this lunar year.
Following is my work flow:

| Step 1 | : | Draft the outlines in separate layer |
| Step 2 | : | I changed the angle of the little girl. |
| Step 3 | : | Started inking the tiger with bristle brush |

| Step 5 | : | Now the inking of the girl |
| Step 6 | : | Create a layer underneath the outline and lay the color |

| Step 7 | : | Same goes for coloring the girl, added a toy ox |

| Paper Art | : | As for the paper art pattern, i created using flash. The symbol feature in flash is very handy for such symmetric and repetitive pattern. |

| Step 10 | : | Texture the pattern and fade off the body of the tiger to give focus to the kiddo |
