The above is an preview of another entry of mine in The Rising Sun project.

You may ask what has this got to do with Japan. The “Mori Girls” is a fashion trend from Japanese subculture where girls dressed up like fairy tale wanderer in forest. The camera mori sister is doing the yowayowa levitating thingy. The illustration is a reflection of the influence of modern Japanese culture.

There were times when i was in Dante Cafe doing some reading, there were bunch of school boys & girls sitting next table playing with their gadgets, playing out musics loud exchanging ring tones in a noisy manner. Well yes, they have not violated any rules/law since it is a morning in public place. Perhaps it is me myself being too narrow-hearted to find them pretty annoying. Law is definite in a way, but ethical code is much subjective.

Celebrating the 22nd anniversary,  UDON is calling entry for a tribute art book of Megaman Zero (a.k.a Rockman Zero) saga. Being missed out for the last Street fighter tribute artbook, i finished my entry early this time, and this is it.

I was never a good gamer, rockman series had always been a challenging and frustrating game for me during my years of Micro Genius.  Perhaps, they tuned down the difficulty for Rockman Zero series for it was released on GBA, which is for younger player (Just like FFTA is far more easy thn FFT).

The one with magenta saber is Omega the so call original Zero. It is a shame that it only appear as a pawn of Proff Weil.

Dogs run around,

Another work with Autodesk Sketchbook Pro, an entry to Autodesk Sketchbook Hero Image Contest. A handy software is like a magical wizard hat that enable one to make wonders. A simple side view of a wizard with an owl on her shoulder. The woodblock printing style coloring is used to give contrast to the skin and hair tones.

First trial on Autodesk Sketchbook Pro. Took sometime to get used to the new environment. There is another one with it upcoming, stay tuned~

When I was still living in that small town named Tanjung Malim (Malaysia), there was a railway station near my house. I used to, erm.. sort of trespass the station, the play and run around the railway and wagons. If lucky, I might find off-shift locomotive resting there. It was fun having a kampung (country) childhood.
